About YellowBrix Restaurant in Carlsbad, NM

Welcome to YellowBrix!

In June of 2011, we opened up as a unique coffeehouse, but around the end of our first year we wanted to offer more to the community of Carlsbad, so we transitioned into the full service restaurant we are today.

Our architecturally beautiful and historic yellow-brick house was completed in 1928 by Mr. Albert Hendricks, a clothier who owned a retail store on Canyon Street. Decades later we began the major conversion to a commercial restaurant. The primary goal at all times during the 8 month renovation period was to preserve the historic integrity of this stately home.

Preservation and renovation completed, YellowBrix Restaurant strives to be the epicurean restaurant of choice for the community of Carlsbad, New Mexico.
